It is our policy and top priority in GIL to provide an incident-free and comfortable work environment by eliminating recognized hazards from the workplace. Our Health Safety Programs have been developed to assure compliance with industry standard Local regulations with rules and regulations that apply to our own operations.
In order to achieve and maintain the safety standars desired by our company, we actively pursue a continuous accident prevention program through all levels of our Company operations. Health and Safety are of vital interest in our company.

To achieve this, we shall do the followings:
- Ensure periodic worksite inspections and audits to ensure that all hazards and audits to enusre that all hazards and all unsafe conditions in the workplace are recognized and eliminated or controlled.
- Ensure continuous training of personne and disseminations of information to all workers to maintain high safety awareness.
- Carry out pre-job planning for all jobs to be executed.
- Provide a healthy working condition for all employees by identifying and eliminating every health hazards.
- Ensure that all workers we employ shall be certified medically fit before employment and an annual medical examination is conducted for all staffs accordingly.
